Executive Culinary Leader

Freny's - All Day Dining & Bar seeks a highly skilled Executive Culinary Leader to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and overseeing all aspects of food production.
Compensation:
- A competitive salary of ₹35 lakhs per annum
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of culinary or kitchen experience, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and a strong passion for culinary excellence. They must be comfortable in both Indian and Continental cuisine and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- To oversee and lead the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen maintenance
- To evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards, working closely with suppliers and vendors to source the freshest ingredients
- To establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is always clean and well-organized
- To provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff, helping them to grow and develop their skills
- To work closely with the head chef on recipes and specials menu, ensuring that the menu is innovative and appealing to customers
Qualifications:
