Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee our culinary operations in Mumbai. This role involves managing multiple kitchens, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, training and developing kitchen staff, and collaborating with other departments to achieve culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple kitchens within the area, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet company standards.
  • Quality and Customer Service: Maintain high food quality and safety standards by conducting regular kitchen inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed. Address customer concerns and feedback related to food quality and presentation.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • A graduate from a culinary education background.
  • Proven experience as a CDP or Sous Chef in a high-volume, multi-kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹24,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
