The Role:
We seek an Enterprise Sales Growth Representative to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through qualified lead generation for our sales team. This exciting opportunity allows you to break into high-tech sales or take your career to the next level.
Your primary objective will be to generate 20-30 meetings per month via prospecting techniques. While experience is beneficial, we encourage applications from motivated individuals who do not meet all qualifications.
You will make an impact by:
- Researching target companies and key decision-makers to identify their business challenges and need for Innovapptive solutions
- Crafting compelling emails and engaging stories that leave prospective customers eager to learn more about our products
- Qualifying accounts for short- and medium-term opportunities
- Accurately updating CRM software with customer data
- Scheduling opportunities to engage with prospects and sales team members
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to continuously improve lead generation and follow-up processes
- Other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Prior SDR experience in an enterprise SaaS company is a plus
- This role is open to candidates with 1+ year's experience from Tier-1 engineering and management colleges
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and diligent individual who thrives in fast-paced competitive environments
- Excellent organization and analytical skills
