We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales & Business Growth Specialist to own the full sales cycle for SMB clients. This role combines prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals, making you directly responsible for revenue generation and market expansion in the SMB segment.

Job Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential SMB clients across key verticals

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, phone)

- Create compelling business cases showing AI automation value

- Organize and conduct product demos and presentations

Sales Execution

- Own the full sales cycle from prospect to close

- Conduct needs analysis and solution mapping sessions

- Present pricing proposals and negotiate contracts

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRM

Account Management

- Ensure successful customer onboarding and initial adoption

- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts

- Gather and document customer success stories

- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers

- Drive contract renewals and account expansion

Requirements

- 2-4 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas

- Experience selling to SMB segment with deal sizes of ₹5-50 lakhs

- Strong understanding of SMB challenges and growth strategies

- Excellence in consultative selling and relationship building

- Proficiency in sales tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms)

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities

Compensation Package

Our attractive compensation package includes an estimated base salary of ₹30 lakhs per annum, plus an attractive commission structure, quarterly and annual bonus opportunities, clear OTE (On-Target Earnings) structure, additional incentives for exceeding targets, and accelerators for strategic account closures.
