Role Summary
We're looking for an Inside Sales and Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the USA market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential prospects.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve inside sales targets through cold calling and outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless GTM strategy implementation.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to offer informed solutions to clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the USA market. (Work experience in the USA central time zone will be given preference).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the night shift from 4 PM onwards.
- Willingness to work from our office in Hyderabad.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
