We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to actively seek new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and drive revenue growth through outbound sales efforts.

About the Role:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs, educate them on our products/services, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting efforts to schedule qualified sales demos.

Maintaining a high volume of outbound calls and emails while adhering to established quality and productivity metrics is crucial for success in this role. To excel, you'll need to stay up-to-date on product/service updates, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

This role involves creating and maintaining a database of prospective customers, including accurate records of interactions and lead status. Collaboration with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and optimize sales pipeline efficiency is also essential.

Achieving and exceeding individual and team-based sales targets and KPIs is critical to success. You will require 2-4 years of experience in Sales Development Representative or similar roles within a SAAS organization, with a focus on outbound sales efforts for the Indian Market.

A proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas/targets is necessary. Hands-on experience with various outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach (LinkedIn, professional platforms), is required. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, track activities, and measure performance is also essential.

A strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making is vital. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations, are also required. The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy is necessary.

An estimated salary for this role is ₹6,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
