Job Overview:

The Recruitment Business Growth Specialist at V-Fory IT Solutions is responsible for identifying new client opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving recruitment services in the staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Generate new business opportunities within the recruitment market by targeting companies with staffing needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction with recruitment services.
  • Recruitment Solutions: Present customized recruitment solutions to clients based on their staffing requirements, including temporary, permanent, and contract hiring solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, domestic recruitment needs, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Sales Negotiations: Negotiate terms of recruitment contracts to ensure favorable terms for both clients and the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to align client requirements with appropriate recruitment strategies.
  • Client Feedback: Gather client feedback to improve the recruitment process and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance, reporting regularly to the Business Development Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or staffing services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹700,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
