**Job Title:** Recruitment Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Growth Strategist to join our team at UpwardIQ Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through strategic business development and be able to build strong relationships with potential clients.

The salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and target potential clients across industries who require recruitment services.
    • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, digital marketing, and referrals.
    • Qualify prospects and assess their recruitment needs to determine suitable service offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, HR managers, and hiring authorities.
    • Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities for recruitment services.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Solutions & Strategy:
    • Develop customized recruitment solutions to meet the specific hiring needs of clients.
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placement and alignment with client requirements.
    • Advise clients on the best recruitment strategies, talent market trends, and industry-specific hiring practices.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
    • Monitor progress and actively pursue new business opportunities to achieve consistent revenue growth.
    • Track and report on sales activities, lead conversions, and business development efforts.
  • Market Research & Business Intelligence:
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging industries, hiring trends, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market intelligence and trends in talent acquisition.
    • Stay updated on industry standards, legislation, and recruitment best practices.
  • Proposals & Presentations:
    • Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the company's recruitment capabilities.
    • Present recruitment services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and differentiators of the company's offering.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the recruitment team, ensuring clear communication regarding client needs and candidate requirements.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the company's recruitment services and brand awareness.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and refine recruitment strategies based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, sales efforts, and client communications in CRM software.
    • Prepare regular business development reports for senior management on new business wins, pipeline status, and market trends.
