We are seeking a driven Business Growth Representative to proactively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers. This role is ideal for individuals who can identify prospect needs and provide solutions to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and outreach efforts
  • Present our company to potential prospects and showcase our value proposition
  • Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products or services
  • BUILD long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
  • Report sales results to the Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emailing, and social outreach
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience working with a CRM like HubSpot
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations
  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

In this role, you will be part of the Keka HR team and contribute to driving business growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $70,000 - $90,000 depending on location and experience.
