About Keka HR

We're a dynamic and innovative company seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through outbound sales efforts. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive sales conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Conduct outbound prospecting activities using cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to identify and qualify leads.
  • Sales Engagement: Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs, educate them on our products/services, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting efforts to schedule qualified sales demos.
  • Outbound Sales Efficiency: Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and emails while adhering to established quality and productivity metrics.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of product/service updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
  • Database Management: Create and maintain a database of prospective customers, including accurate records of interactions and lead status.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and optimize sales pipeline efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Sales Development Representative or similar roles within a SAAS organization, with a focus on outbound sales efforts for the Indian Market.
  • Success Metrics: Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas/targets.
  • Outbound Prospecting Techniques: Hands-on experience with various outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach (LinkedIn, professional platforms).
  • Crm Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, track activities, and measure performance.
  • Sales Performance Metrics: Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations.
  • Autonomy and Productivity: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.
  • Proactive Mindset: Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and skill development.

Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum.
