We are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at PQE Group in Chandigarh/Hyderabad, India.

PQE Group is a world leader in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries with 40 subsidiaries and over 2000 employees across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Our company has been at the forefront of these exciting fields since 1998.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive customer acquisition strategies, generating leads, negotiating business proposals, creating commercial offers, managing order acceptance, resolving customer issues, maintaining detailed reporting documentation, engaging in business correspondence, representing the company at fairs and events, and proficiently utilizing internal CRM tools.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • 6-10 years of experience in a similar position within Pharmaceutical Consulting or Pharma industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Fluency in English
  • A business development mindset, motivated, organized, influential, results-driven, and a team player who thrives under pressure
