Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Sociium is a dynamic organization seeking highly motivated and strategic professionals to lead our business growth initiatives. As a full-time Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.
Role OverviewThis position reports directly to the Business Development Manager and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, maintain existing relationships, and develop tailored solutions that align with Sociium's long-term vision.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading generation of new leads through email marketing, cold calling, and other tactics.
- Scheduling and attending qualified business development meetings to forge strong partnerships.
- Following up on leads from email campaigns to ensure timely conversions.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
- Familiarity with sales management principles and practices.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, preferably in a marketing agency or startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
Sociium offers a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed stipend of Rs. 8,000 per month, along with a performance-linked incentive of 5% of revenue generated.
