Job Description

At Panzer Technologies Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to drive business expansion and revenue growth in the US staffing industry.

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients within the US staffing industry.
  • Utilize sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets and expand our market presence.
  • Work closely with the internal recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates promptly and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their hiring needs and staffing challenges.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to meet or exceed them, developing action plans to drive revenue growth and increase the client base.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the US staffing industry. As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, as well as expertise in identifying new business opportunities and staying ahead in the market.

You will be responsible for staying updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive activities, analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
