Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, search engines, and other creative methods to generate high-quality leads.
- Research and Outreach: Conduct thorough research on prospects and initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with sales managers to schedule meetings with qualified prospects, build relationships, and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage your pipeline, track progress, and ensure accurate data capture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outreach, or business development within IT products and solutions.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated success with CRM tools and experience with prospecting.
- A self-starter with a startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
