Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the HORECA and institutional sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and driving business growth in the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales of professional cleaning products, preferably in the HORECA and related industry. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and coach a sales team. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the HORECA and related industry in the assigned region, aligned with the company's objectives and targets.
- Managing key accounts, including building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Leading a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technical support, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer projects.
- Developing and negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and preparing accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Masters degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales of professional cleaning products, preferably in the HORECA and related industry.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience of managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
