About the Role: Reinvent LLC is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our international sales efforts and build strategic partnerships that drive business growth.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to develop and execute strategies that generate new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships with key global clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think critically and execute plans effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive International Sales Efforts: Develop and implement strategies to drive international sales growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in key markets.
  • Nurture Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key global clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Utilize market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, developing targeted sales strategies to capture new business and grow existing relationships.
  • Lead Product Demos and Presentations: Deliver engaging and effective product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of IT solutions and addressing specific business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or engineering, or equivalent experience in a related industry.
  • Industry-Related Experience: 6-15 years of prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate with clients.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth, and building strong client relationships.
