We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Specialist to join our team at Architeca Design-Build Firm, a unit of SIPL.

About the Role

As a Strategic Partnerships Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, project management consultants (PMCs), and other key stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to identify business opportunities and position Architeca as a preferred partner for tenders and collaborations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with architects, PMCs, and other decision-makers, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Tender Identification and Acquisition: Research and identify tender opportunities that align with Architeca's services and strengths, collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit compelling proposals.
  • Networking and Outreach: Attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to represent Architeca and expand its network of potential partners, conduct regular visits to architect firms and PMC offices to strengthen rapport.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
  • New Relationships Built: Establish connections with a minimum of 10 new architects or PMCs per quarter.
  • Tender Success Rate: Achieve at least a 20% success rate in acquiring tenders or collaborative projects.
  • Client Retention: Maintain relationships with 90% of existing primary customers (architects/PMCs).
  • Meetings Conducted: Schedule and attend at least 15 meetings or site visits per month with potential stakeholders.
  • Revenue Contribution: Directly influence 10% of the total revenue generated from tenders and collaborations.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders, excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
