About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Exhibition Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue through space selling, sponsorship sales, digital sales, cold calls, research-based sales, and market research.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new exhibitors and maintain/upgrade existing ones to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research in the assigned portfolio sector.
  • Perform research-based sales activities.
  • Understand exhibitors' profiles and requirements, and provide support through relevant associations (regional, national).
  • Obtain on-ground reports of exhibitors' requirements.
  • Coordinate with exhibitors and government authorities for smooth event participation.
  • Understand existing databases and develop strategies to expand them.
  • Explore core markets of exhibitors to drive sales.
  • Develop and maximize relationships with existing and new exhibitors.
  • Provide excellent client servicing alongside sales responsibilities.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 10,00,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer fantastic work culture, flexible working options, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum graduation is a must (any stream), MBA preferred.
  • 2-5 years of working experience.
  • Proven track record in F2F meetings, B2B & B2C business development.
  • Ability to work under pressure with multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
