We are seeking a skilled Global Business Development Manager MSF to join our team and drive business growth.


Main Responsibilities



  • To present a competitive EBS proposition that helps the Bank gain entry with corporate clients and increase revenue through incremental uploads.
  • To ensure the quality of acquired corporates meets required guidelines.
  • To build strong relationships with Key Influencers in empanelled and targeted corporates.
  • To collaborate with Corporate Banking and Global Banking RMs to leverage internal opportunities.
  • To grow account share from corporates by engaging with Key Influencers post handover to managers for cross-selling.
  • To develop a regional plan and pipeline of corporates targeted for acquisition.
  • To implement marketing events and promotions to generate business in their catchment areas, in conjunction with support departments.
  • To deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
  • To develop new relationships outside HSBC that deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

    • Graduate - Post Graduate (Masters)/ MBA with two to five years' work experience.

  • The GCB 5 or GCB 6 grade will be offered depending on the selected candidate's skill and relevant experience.
