To fuel and manage our growth, we are seeking an experienced Global Talent Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent across India.

If you possess expertise in articulating a compelling company story, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide support to candidates while advising hiring leaders effectively, this role may be ideal for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hiring Strategy Development: Plan, build, and implement hiring strategies across all aligned business verticals.
  • Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence: Develop structured processes for talent mapping and market intelligence, presenting insights to businesses periodically.
  • Business Partnership: Meet regularly with business heads to understand growth plans and recommend tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Recruitment Delivery: Ensure recruitment delivery in all aligned business functions, overseeing a team of TA Specialists.
  • Team Training & Development: Train the team on advanced sourcing skills, ensuring they understand business requirements and expectations.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Implement the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and more.
  • KPI Management: Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs & KPIs consistently, taking full accountability for team performance.
  • Global Recruitment Projects: Define and support various global recruitment projects that add value to the business, such as candidate pipeline development and employer branding.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of extensive experience in recruitment within an agency or corporate framework, preferably in a System Integrator, IT, or Telecom firm, with experience supervising direct and cross-departmental groups.
  • Master's degree and equivalent professional work experience.
  • Good understanding of the Indian market and its dynamics.
  • Proven history of filling deadline-based recruitment projects, particularly senior and complex positions.
  • Executive presence with a track record of building and maintaining partnerships with business heads.
  • Motivated and able to prioritize tasks in an agile, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to forecast strategic business needs and talent markets to develop recruitment strategies, programs, and tools.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and any other language a beneficial asset.
  • High self-awareness, coachability, resilience, and intelligence.

Compensation Package

Our estimated salary range for this position is ₹25-35 lakhs per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
