Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our international team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the global market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our product portfolio.

  • Lead a team of regional sales managers, sales engineers, and export coordinators to ensure efficient export-related deliverables.

  • Achieve sales volumes, market share, and profit targets by executing sales and marketing plans.

  • Formulate strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.

  • Develop new market entry strategies and grow existing markets.

  • Identify and participate in potential trade fairs globally for promotions.

  • Explore and appoint distributors, dealers, and agents globally.

  • Handle and grow business with existing distributors efficiently.

  • Ensure robust sales processes and standards are implemented with distributors and dealers.

  • Ensure distributor and dealer satisfaction.

  • Handle end-to-end exports, including coordination with the factory.

  • Understand global product certification requirements and update the technical team accordingly.

  • Sales analysis and corrective actions to meet sales goals.

  • Organize seminars, customer/retail/dealer meets, and participate in potential exhibitions globally.

  • Support and assist international branch requirements.

  • Play an active role in strategizing and preparing marketing tools and materials.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or multi-country head/regional sales manager ideally within the electronics and manufacturing industry.

  • Solid prior experience in sales.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organizations.

  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong networker and relationship builder.

  • Adaptable and thrives in changing environments.

  • Will to undertake more than 80% travel.
