Job Title: Global Business Development Manager

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Development Manager to join our team at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance in assigned areas, meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.

 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in product management and a strong background in sales. Your education should include an MBA in Marketing or Pharma Management from a reputable institution. Additionally, your therapy area expertise should span Gynecology, Orthology, CNS, Cardiodiabetes, and Oncology. Proficiency in English is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drive Sales Performance: Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets in assigned areas.
  • Implement Sales Strategies: Expand market penetration and boost product sales through effective strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead and Manage Teams: Lead, manage, and develop a team of Territory Sales Executives/Managers to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Distributors: Collaborate with distributors, stockists, and retailers to ensure product availability and timely supply.
  • Analyse Market Trends: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Plan New Product Launches: Plan and execute successful new product launches within assigned areas.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards, maintaining high ethical practices in all sales activities.

 

Salary Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
