Role Overview:
The Head of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the financial services sector and driving growth through effective sales strategies and account management. This role requires a highly experienced and results-driven professional with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the financial services sector
- Manage key accounts and build long-lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Grow our business by identifying new opportunities and managing a pipeline of prospects
- Position SBS's cloud-based solutions effectively in the market
- Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our customer base and ensures a strong presence
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and performance monitor sales representatives
- Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strong understanding of financial services and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
Estimated Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
