About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Business Growth to join our team at Pacific Global Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing business development/sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development/sales strategies to drive business growth, including creating proposals/contracts and ensuring compliance with pre-sales teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet assigned sales and revenue targets and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal resources, including sales, solutions, and services teams, to deliver results and meet deadlines.
- Participate in events and tradeshows, with a professional manner and polished appearance, to gain new business leads and contacts.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
- Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and regions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Benefits:
- An estimated salary of £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 24 leaves annually + 10 festive holidays + birthday leave.
