">We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in business development, Corporate sales role and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential B2B clients who can benefit from our live streaming, digital marketing, event management, and video production services.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Solution Customization: Collaborate with our technical and creative teams to tailor solutions that align with client needs.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
Requirements
">- 8+ years of experience in business development, Corporate sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Team handling.
- Knowledge of webcasting solutions or the event management industry
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Salary: ₹45-60 lakhs per annum
