Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in business development, Corporate sales role and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential B2B clients who can benefit from our live streaming, digital marketing, event management, and video production services.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Solution Customization: Collaborate with our technical and creative teams to tailor solutions that align with client needs.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative sales approach.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, Corporate sales role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Team handling.
  • Knowledge of webcasting solutions or the event management industry
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
