About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in India. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Indian market.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including architects and interior designers.
  • Manage a team of Inside Designers and Retail staff.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: ₹40,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
