Head of Sales Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Sales Operations to join our team at Quarry Luxury Stones Private Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the sales vertical, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the overall profitability (P&L) of the sales vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong operational management experience, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and the ability to drive performance in a high-end sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to optimize the sales function.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics etc to support sales initiatives and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
- Proven 10 plus experience as Head of Sales or in a senior executive role within the luxury home decor or related industry.
- Proven experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
Salary:
$100,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
