Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business results.\
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.\
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.\

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.\
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.\
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.\
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including negotiation and closing skills.\
  • Experience with sales software and technology, including CRM systems.\

Salary:$125,000 - $160,000 per year
