The successful Head of System Integration Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team, setting clear objectives, and providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets. They will also be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of solutions, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets in the system integration sector.
- Set clear objectives, performance goals, and incentives for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

Sales Operations:
- Oversee the daily sales operations, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and alignment with company goals.
- Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the system integration market.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and retention in the system integration sector.
- Address customer issues and ensure satisfactory resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and improvements in system integration solutions.

Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of system integration services, including hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Provide technical insights and guidance to the sales team and clients to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 40-60 LPA (₹ 4-6 crores per annum)
