Salary Package: ₹52 lakhs per annum

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will lead our sales efforts, driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and enhancing existing partnerships. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to the system integration market, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of customized solutions that meet client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets in the system integration sector.
  • Set clear objectives, performance goals, and incentives for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant technical certifications are preferred.
  • At least 25 years of experience in a senior sales and leadership role in system integration industry, with demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
