**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects and interior designers
  • Plan and execute events and activations to promote our brand and products
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of sales success with a strong network of contacts in the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, and goal-driven individual

**Estimated Salary:** ₹ 22,50,000 - ₹ 28,00,000 per annum
