Head of Luxury Real Estate Sales and Marketing

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Luxury Real Estate Sales and Marketing to join our team at Kaleidostrat Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and leading a team of sales executives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective marketing, sales, and advertising strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure they meet or exceed performance standards.
- Engage with channel partners and broker networks to drive sales and expand our customer base.
- Deliver presentations to corporate clients, channel partners, and high-end clients to promote our luxury real estate services.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales executives.
- Prepare action plans to effectively search for sales leads and prospects.
- Oversee customer payment recovery and control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Maintain relationships with housing finance companies and coordinate home loan approvals.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and conduct periodic marketing surveys and competition analysis.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in selling luxury residential units.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Friendly personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
