Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in commercial & residential sales to lead our residential and commercial real estate sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the sales team, set targets, and ensure sales goals are met
  2. Manage end-to-end sales for residential and commercial properties
  3. Develop a robust client pipeline through networking and follow-ups
  4. Monitor market trends and provide clients with informed advice

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, covering both residential and commercial sectors
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and real estate management systems

Salary: ₹20,00,000 per annum
