Anveta is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the system integration sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams and developing strategic sales plans tailored to the system integration market.

The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and alignment with company goals. This includes optimizing sales processes, implementing best practices, and collaborating with technical and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

• Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets in the system integration sector.

• Set clear objectives, performance goals, and incentives for the sales team.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically for system integration services to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.

• Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and potential client segments within the system integration industry.

• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and monitor sales performance against projections.

Sales Operations:

• Oversee the daily sales operations, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and alignment with company goals.

• Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the system integration market.

• Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a senior sales and leadership role in the system integration industry, with demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams.

• Strong understanding of system integration principles, methods, and technologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.

• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• Ability to travel as needed.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
