Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at QualityKiosk Technologies. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and reporting. You will lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in managing a sales team and driving performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
