Karyarth is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team.

We are offering a competitive salary package, with the CTC being up to 6 LPA + Incentives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the BFSI/finance sector
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and one regional language
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • A high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work extra hours when required

You will also need to:

  • Plan your day effectively to maximize lead conversions
  • Identify suitable sales products for clients based on their investing goals
  • Interact with potential customers to achieve high-quality lead conversions
  • Follow up on leads assigned by the Sales Head and report progress
  • Collaborate with the Sales Head to meet sales objectives
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing best practices and implementing knowledge-sharing initiatives
