Job Description:

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs and preferences.
  • Budget: ₹12-20 lakhs per annum. Salary estimate: ₹18 lakhs per annum (including bonus).
Sales Performance Metrics:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Regularly report sales performance and pipeline status to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, ideally in marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
