Vaultedge Software is a Document AI company headquartered in Mumbai, India.

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in the vibrant city of Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical solutioning, client interactions, and product demonstrations to drive successful sales engagements.

We offer an attractive compensation package in the range of ₹15-20 LPA (depending on experience) for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
  • Solution Design: Assist in crafting technical proposals and proof-of-concept solutions that align with client needs.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to collect and understand business and technical requirements.
  • Product Customization: Provide guidance on product customization to fit client specifications.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for Vaultedge's API and AI-driven solutions during sales pitches.
  • RFP/RFI Responses: Draft responses to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with product and engineering teams to align product capabilities with client feedback.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to clients during the trial and post-sales phases.
  • Market Insights: Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to inform product improvements and market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience in Enterprise software pre-sales role is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
