Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Manager to lead our engineering services sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities in key markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B engineering sales, with experience selling internationally and knowledge of global markets and cultural sensitivities. Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as excellent negotiation and closing skills, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to client needs and market conditions.
  • Identify new leads and business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized proposals, technical presentations, and cost estimates.
  • Lead negotiation processes, including contract terms, pricing, and project timelines.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B engineering sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience selling internationally, with knowledge of global markets and cultural sensitivities.
  • Strong understanding of the engineering services industry and technical sales processes.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 18-25 Lakhs per annum.
