Global Sales Director

As a seasoned Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue targets within the Medical Business Vertical. This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and a deep understanding of medical consumables products and the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the End user base and market share
Manage and grow existing key accounts by building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts, and manage the sales budget
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Monitor and report on sales performance, and provide regular updates to Commercial Director
Requirements:
Graduate in Science or Pharmacy with Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership position in the medical consumables / Medical Device industry
Experience in managing key accounts and building customer relationships
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with SFDC, CRM systems and sales analytics tools
