About the role:

Millennium Aero Dynamics Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join their team as an Assistant Manager - Sales & Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing technical support, staying updated with industry trends, and monitoring market trends.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales and service within the automotive aftermarket, focusing on engine and transmission components. A strong technical knowledge of engine and transmission systems, proven track record in achieving sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office are essential requirements.

A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or automotive technology is required, along with MBA in sales and marketing or additional certifications in automotive repair or sales training.

We offer a competitive salary package of ₹80,000 - ₹120,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth.
