Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue in the Pharma Engineering domain.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to foster long-term growth and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in the service industry of Pharma Engineering consulting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
  • Technical proficiency in generating sales reports, creating presentations, and utilizing digital tools for marketing.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a client-focused approach.
