This role will focus on developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to client needs, market conditions, and company goals.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals across a range of engineering solutions.

About the Role

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Understand client business requirements and work closely with internal teams to propose engineering solutions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and influencers within target client organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.

Lead Generation & Opportunity Management

  • Identify new leads and business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads to determine the potential for long-term business and convert them into paying customers.

Proposal Development & Negotiations

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized proposals, technical presentations, and cost estimates.
  • Lead negotiation processes, including contract terms, pricing, and project timelines.

Estimated Salary: ₹20-35 Lakhs per annum
