Business Development Representative Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using industry-leading tools and techniques.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects and initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to schedule meetings with qualified prospects and build lasting relationships.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to potential new business accounts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities that drive business growth.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across diverse industries, including BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Automotive, Electronics, Medical, and Consumer Goods.
  • Effectively use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage your pipeline, track progress, and ensure accurate data capture.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outreach, or business development within IT products and solutions.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success with CRM tools and experience with prospecting.
  • A self-starter with a startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹12,00,000 per annum, plus additional benefits and bonuses based on performance.
