Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales of integration services, including MuleSoft, Boomi, and Workato.
    • Identify and target key verticals and clients that would benefit from integration solutions, with a focus on medium to large enterprises.
    • Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Pipeline Development & Opportunity Management:
    • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through various channels, including networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, and marketing leads.
    • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key decision-makers within target organizations.
    • Understand client business needs, challenges, and goals to position integration services as value-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in IT services, specifically focused on integration services (MuleSoft, Boomi, and Workato).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a focus on high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies, including API management, cloud integration, and digital transformation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and technical stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
