We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to drive the growth of our US Staffing Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, integrators, or Tier 1 vendors in the US staffing market (IT and non-IT sectors). Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand our client base across diverse industries. Consistently meet or exceed revenue and sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery. Work independently to fulfill client requirements and collaborate closely with recruitment teams to provide timely and high-quality candidates. Maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the IT staffing industry, specifically in business development.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: CRM tools and MS Office Suite (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Excel).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication capabilities.
