Job Overview

CBL Solutions seeks a highly skilled Integration Services Growth Leader to drive the growth of our integration services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on integration services (MuleSoft, Boomi, and Workato). A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and closing. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales of integration services, identifying and targeting key verticals and clients, and establishing and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and IT leaders.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in IT services, specifically focused on integration services
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a focus on high-value deals
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies, including API management, cloud integration, and digital transformation
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance
