**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000, based on industry standards and location.
**Job Description:** As a Commercial Growth Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive sales growth. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that all commercial initiatives are aligned with our company goals. You will also work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans that meet and exceed our targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth

- Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored sales solutions

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
