Aerospace Sales Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Sales Growth Leader to join our team in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to lead Emerson's sales growth strategy for the Indian Aerospace & Defence business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing winning account plans, cultivating senior-level relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive consistent growth within leading Indian Aerospace & Defence accounts.
- Relationship Building: Expand your network by establishing strong connections with senior-level executives and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize market penetration and build credibility with customers.
- Executive Alignment: Foster executive-level connections between Emerson and customers to drive engagement and mutual success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Track Record: + years of experience in BB sales or related customer-facing roles, with a proven record of revenue growth in complex accounts.
- Expertise: Proven experience in selling electronic Test & Measurement products, systems, and solutions to large Aerospace & Defence accounts.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams involving Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
- Account Management: Experience in managing complex accounts and sales opportunities at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
- Communication: Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
We provide a competitive salary, ranging from ₹18 lakhs to ₹25 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
