Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Growth Executive to join our Hyderabad-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and achieving targets in their assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute plans to increase sales volumes, achieve and possibly overachieve sales targets within the Revvity Genomics strategy.
  • Sell Revvity's products or services directly to end-users, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing ones within a defined geographic territory, industry, or product segment.
  • Identify customer needs, trends, and present Revvity's products and support services accordingly, ensuring effective customer engagement.
  • Maintain a balanced prospect pipeline with short, mid, and long-term prospects to ensure continuous attainment of territory half-year targets.
  • Negotiate the best price for Revvity's products and services, minimizing price erosion through astute negotiation skills.
  • Cross-functional coordination to resolve customer problems and provide tailored solutions.
  • Possess and maintain accurate customer and prospect information, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Listen attentively to customer requirements, presenting clear and compelling value propositions to secure sales.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through regular in-person meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between Revvity and its existing and potential markets, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Represent Revvity at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations, showcasing the company's expertise and offerings.
  • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process, that meet prospective customers' needs.
  • Regularly review own sales performance, striving to meet or exceed targets through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, informing targeted sales approaches.
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing best practices with colleagues to drive collective success.
  • Closely monitor and update immediate managers on sales opportunities and progress.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Any graduate/postgraduate (preferably Science & Business Development)
  • 4 to 8 years' experience related to the position
  • Resourceful, customer-oriented, and willing to travel
  • Three to five years in a sales representative role; within the industry preferred
  • One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics
  • Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
  • Positive and enthusiastic

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits include opportunities for professional growth, a dynamic work environment, and a chance to be part of a pioneering diagnostics laboratory sales company.
